Choose the office unit or units that best fits your business needs.

Sign an Agreement to Purchase and submit required deposit.

Coordinate with our design team to customize surfaces and features appropriately.

Closing documents are executed.

Prior to closing, a final walk through will be conducted by our project manager.

Once the building is framed, our project manager will execute a personal buyer walk with you reviewing layout selections.

Delivery of the keys, closing documents, and other items to your brand new office you now own.

We deliver an outstanding opportunity to purchase brand new offices within a well-structured building conducive to the growth of professional type businesses. Our buildings are suitable for owner-occupiers, tenants or investors. There are offices available for all sizes, starting at 1225 sq ft, and for all budgets, with offices starting at $350k. Onsite parking is available.

To reserve any unit we require a Letter of Intent (LOI). After the LOI, a sales agreement will be drafted and a 3% down payment will be required immediately prior to the start of construction on your chosen unit.
